Tucker & Dale Vs Evil is a hilariously gory horror comedy doing for killer rednecks what 'Shaun of the Dead' did for zombies. Tucker and Dale (Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine) are two best friends on vacation at their dilapidated mountain house who are mistaken for murderous backwoods hillbillies by a group of obnoxious preppy college kids. When one of the students gets separated from her friends the boys try to lend a hand but as the misunderstanding grows so does the body count.

Best friends Tucker (Alan Tudyk) and Dale (Tyler Labine) hail from the mountains of West Virginia. One weekend they head to their dilapidated cabin for a relaxing few days of drinking beer and fishing, passing a group of vacationing college kids on the way. Not afraid to judge on appearances, the students assume a low IQ for Tucker and Dale. Unfortunately for the students, it is not the only false assumption they will make about the pair that weekend. When the most obnoxious of the gang, Chad (Jesse Moss), makes an ill-timed pass at Alison (Katrina Bowden), she almost drowns and is only saved by the diligence of Tucker and Dale. Unfortunately, the students misinterpret the pair's actions as a kidnapping, and Chad leads the self-destructive charge to take on these brutal and murderous hillbillies...
