A diabolic group of four criminal-brothers forms a nexus with politicians and police to terrorise a township. They meet a dead-end, when one of the lecherous brothers of the criminal gang venture to violent a voluptuous professor in a college campus. The incident infuriates a select rebellious group among the college students and they seek vengeance.
