An emotional rollercoaster of a film that anyone with troublesome teenagers will relate to. Jonathan Taylor Thomas is Wesley a juvenile delinquent who's been in and out of trouble for most of his young life. In detention for stealing cars he desperately wants to get out any way that he can.
