Lex Barker, Joan Taylor and Ben Johnson star in this American Western. When Apache Chief Mangas Colorado (Barker) and white trader Luke Fargo (Johnson) both fall for the same woman, Riva (Taylor), their long-time friendship turns sour. After Riva marries Mangas, Fargo must work to maintain the peace between the Apache and the white settlers but the situation threatens to escalate into an all-out war.
