All twelve episodes from the American TV mini-series starring Robert Mitchum and Jane Seymour and set during the aftermath of the attack on Pearl Harbour and the beginning of World War II. The Henry family cope with the impact of the war in addition to domestic troubles, with father Captain Victor 'Pug' Henry (Mitchum) trying to placate his unfaithful wife Rhoda (Polly Bergen) who is demanding a divorce. Meanwhile, Victor's sons Warren (Michael Woods) and Byron (Hart Bochner) are stationed on naval vessels whilst Byron's wife Natalie (Seymour) and their son Louis (Rhett Creighton) try to flee Italy.
