The complete 1970s TV series following a warrior queen's attempts to hold the Romans at bay in first century Britain. When her husband, the ruler of a Celtic clan, dies, Queen Boudicca (Siân Phillips) takes the throne. Though the late King promised half of his land to the Romans upon his death, this isn't enough to satisfy the merciless Roman Procurator, Catus Decianus (Nigel Hawthorne), who wants more. Queen Boudicca and her clan may well be forced to fight the might of the Roman Empire if they are to maintain their own kingdom and Celtic identity.

This six-part series sees the widowed Queen of the Iceni tribe of East Anglia, to wrest power from the Romans in first-century Britain. WARRIOR QUEEN produced by Ruth Boswell (Shadows, Tightrope) and stars Sian Phillips as the Celtic queen.
