The 2011/12 season was a remarkable campaign which saw a record-breaking 14 away wins notched up. Fans witnessed high-scoring victories over Watford, Nottingham Forest, Blackpool and Brighton and a terrific team spirit shone through to earn the Hammers the promotion back to the top tier of English football. After convincingly beating Cardiff City 5-0 over the two legs of the semi-final, West Ham took on Blackpool on a glorious afternoon at Wembley. Relive every goal from every game plus extended highlights of the Play-Off final in which Vaz Te's late decider sent the Hammers up the Wembley steps as victors and back to the elite of English football as heroes.
