Based on the personal memoirs of Hollywood Producer Art Linson, What Just Happened? is a fictional showbiz comedy which stars Robert De Niro as Ben, a fading Hollywood producer who is having a hard time trying to get his new movie made. Having just suffered through his second divorce with ex-wife Kelly (Robin Wright Penn), Ben (De Niro) is hanging on to the tattered threads of his career as he tries to maintain his dignity while surviving the mounting humiliations of Hollywood.
