The Wicked Witch of the West has stolen the Scarecrow's diploma the Tinman's heart and the Lion's badge of courage! Even worse she's taken over the Emerald City blown the Wizard to the farthest reaches of Oz and turned the Emerald ctizens into statues! Coming to the rescue Dorothy returns to Oz and together with her old friends she sets out to find the Wizard who's been blown to Fort Nucracker. But when they arrive the Witch attacks the Fort with glue stealing Toto and sending the Wizard even farther away!
