Violent thriller directed by Takashi Miike. Genyo Kamiura (Riri Furanki) and his mob gang are the leaders of the murky underground yakuza world. Rumours surround the supposedly indestructable Kamiura, who hides a secret - he is a vampire, but nobody knows this, not even his most devoted follower Kageyama (Hayato Ichihara). Kamiura is soon visited by hitmen who have found out his secret and try to get him to return to the international syndicate. Kamiura refuses and is killed. Before he dies, however, he bites Kageyama, transferring his vampiric powers to his unwitting follower. As Kageyama begins to realise and control his new powers, he sets out to avenge the death of his leader.
