Eureka Entertainment to release Ukrainian pitch-black political comedy, DONBASS, from director Sergei Loznitsa (A Gentle Creature), winner of the Cannes 'Un Certain Regard' Prize for Best Director at the 2018 festival, as part of the MONTAGE PICTURES range in a Blu-ray format on 24 June 2019. In the Donbass, war is called peace, propaganda is uttered as truth and hatred is declared to be love. In the Donbass, a region of Eastern Ukraine, a hybrid war takes place, involving an open armed conflict alongside killings and robberies on a mass scale perpetrated by separatist gangs. A journey through the Donbass unfolds as a chain of curious adventures, where the grotesque and drama are as intertwined as life and death. This is not a tale of one region, one country or one political system. It is about a world, lost in post-truth and fake identities. It is about each and every one of us. From acclaimed Ukrainian director Sergei Loznitsa (My Joy, A Gentle Creature), Donbass is a unique take on one of the most disturbing and threatening of contemporary conflicts, a grotesque tour de force, brilliantly, if harrowingly, imaging with stunning cinematography courtesy of Oleg Mutu (4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days). Features: 1080p presentation on Blu-ray 5.1 DTS-HD MA and LPCM 2.0 audio options Optional English subtitles Trailer PLUS: A collector's booklet featuring a new essay by film writer Jason Wood

Directed with a keen sense of ambiguity by William Wyler (The Best Years of Our Lives), this film based on a hit stage adaptation of Henry James's Washington Square pivots on a question of motive. When shy, fragile Catherine Sloper (Olivia De Havilland, in a heart-breaking, Oscar-winning turn), the daughter of a wealthy New York doctor, begins to receive calls from the handsome spendthrift Morris Townsend (Montgomery Clift), she becomes possessed by the promise of romance. Are his smouldering professions of love sincere, as she believes they are? Or is Catherine's calculating father (Ralph Richardson) correct in judging Morris a venal fortune seeker? A graceful drawing room drama boasting Academy Awardwinning costume design by Edith Head (Roman Holiday), The Heiress is also a piercing character study riven by emotional uncertainty and lacerating cruelty, in a triumph of classic Hollywood filmmaking at its most psychologically nuanced. • Out 1 [Blu-ray]Out 1 | Blu Ray | (10/06/2019) from £54.99   |  Saving you £N/A (N/A%)   |  RRP £N/A

Out 1 is one of the crowning achievements of Jacques Rivette s remarkable career. Conceived as a television mini-series, this near-thirteen-hour monolith consists of eight feature-length episodes revolving around two theatre troupes, blackmail and conspiracy. Multiple characters introduce multiple plotlines, weaving a rich tapestry across an epic runtime. Rivette, in many ways the most radical of the French New Wave founders, here presents a film unlike any other, which eschews a script, includes references to Honoré de Balzac and Lewis Carroll, features cameos from Eric Rohmer and Barbet Schroeder, and stars icons from the New Wave including Jean-Pierre Leaud, Juliet Berto, Bulle Ogier, Michael Lonsdale and Bernadette Lafont. Leaud plays a deaf-mute who receives a clue which connects him to a group who may or may not be conspirators in a plot, stories intertwine and identities blur, as Rivette guides us through one of his most hypnotic and dazzling works. The holy grail of French cinema, Jacques Rivette's magnum opus had been nigh on impossible to see until the new restoration presented here. Screened just once in 1971 as Out 1: Noli me tangere, before being re-edited as as Out 1: Spectre, to acknowledge it's shadow-like nature, both versions are presented in this boxed-set, fully restored and with English subtitles. Special Features: High Definition Blu-ray (1080p) presentation from 2K restorations of both versions, supervised by cinematographer Pierre-William Glenn Original uncompressed mono PCM audio Optional English subtitles The Mysteries of Paris: Jacques Rivette s Out 1 Revisited a feature length documentary by Robert Fischer and Wilfried Reichart containing interviews with actors Bulle Ogier, Michael Lonsdale and Hermine Karagheuz, cinematographer Pierre-William Glenn, assistant director Jean-François Stévenin and producer Stéphane Tchalgadjieff, as well as rare archival interviews with actors Jacques Doniol-Valcroze and Michel Delahaye, and director Jacques Rivette
