    Too often are the items listed in stock, you buy the goods, then a week later you think "where's my DVD?". Login to your account and see they do not have the item. Contact customer support, who to be fair, do answer you query, but I always get the same answer... "contacting our supplier". Last Christmas the let me down twice even several weeks before the big day. I will say however, they are often the cheapest.

    Very slow delivery. Item in stock when ordered last weekend and still hasn't arrived by the following weekend.

    Ordered a dvd box set only to find it was cancelled by The Hut then they were advertising it at a £2 increased in price. Very disappointed with the company.

    Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. I'm so glad other people have commented the same. The Hut keep putting up prices on their site that are well below others, then do not deliver with the excuse that they can't get them from the supplier. Clear misrepresentation of prices and contrary to the Sale of Goods Act. I have passed this all on to Watchdog to see if they are interested. They are getting so blasé with their approach now that they even cancelled my order for me without telling me!
