In 2006, Matt VanDyke, a timid 28-year-old with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, left home in Baltimore and set off on a self-described crash course in manhood . He bought a motorcycle and a video camera and began a three-year, 35,000-mile motorcycle trip through Northern Africa and the Middle East. While traveling, he struck up an unlikely friendship with a Libyan hippie, and when revolution broke out in Libya, Matt joined his friend in the fight against dictator Muammar Gaddafi. With a gun in one hand and a camera in the other, Matt fought in -- and filmed -- the war until he was captured by Gaddafi forces and held in solitary confinement for six months. Two-time Academy Award nominated documentary filmmaker, Marshall Curry, tells this harrowing and sometimes humorous story of a young man s struggle for political revolution and personal transformation.

The first episode on this volume of Friends Series 8 is classic silliness. "The One With the Cooking Class" has Monica joining a class after getting a bad review of her restaurant. Meantime Chandler foolishly allows Phoebe to give him advice on job interview technique. Time starts to tick faster for everyone in "The One Where Rachel is Late". Joey's WWI movie finally arrives, but is overshadowed by the wait for Rachel's overdue arrival. Naturally it's all build-up to the cliffhanger fans wait for every year. The two-part "The One Where Rachel Has a Baby" gave the millions of fans exactly what they wanted. While Janice manages to complicate the gang's general feelings, Monica and Chandler wrestle with their own concern with becoming parents. Joey makes up his mind over how to deal with his feelings for Rachel, but wouldn't you know it, it seems there might be dormant sparks between her and Ross after all. Surely their break should be over by now! --Paul Tonks
This film has three main sections: Firstly; we are taken on a 'guided tour' of the hospital site - charting its growth in buildings and services from its days as the Stoke-0n-Trent Workhouse to the busy highly equipped hospital it is today. Then we hear some comments from many hospital staff - past and present - of how things have changed from their points of view over the past 50 years together with some personal stories and anecdotes. Finally we look at some other aspects of present-day working like in ""The City"". It's a hospital rich in character and history.
