An acclaimed award-winning singer and actress Dionne is best known for her partnership with songwriters and producers Burt Bacharach and Hal David. From the 1960s to the 1980s she released over 50 singles in the USA making her second only to Aretha Franklin as the female vocalist to achieve the most amounts of hits in the US charts during the rock era.
