  Philippe, (Roschdy Zem, The Cold Light of Day) runs a fire brigade barracks in the South of France. During a summer-long heatwave, blazing fires spark up all over the countryside, some more suspicious than others. When Bénédicte (Emilie Dequenne) arrives; a warrant officer of the same rank, tensions within the brigade intensify to new levels.
