Made-for-TV British drama starring Ralph Fiennes as T.E. Lawrence, better known as Lawrence of Arabia. In attendance at the 1919 Paris Peace Conference, Lawrence acts as liaison to the Hashemite delegation in order to get the Allies to agree to Arabian independence. As he tries to help Faisal (Alexander Siddig) claim Syria for Arab rule however, Britain and France complicate matters with territorial disputes and colonial interests.
