George Sanders returns as Gay Lawrence aka The Falcon to solve another mystery in this 1940s crime drama. This time the sleuth decides to give up his detective work for the benefit of his bride-to-be, Helen Reed (Wendy Barrie), but is soon drawn into a new investigation when scientist Waldo Sampson (Alec Craig) disappears.
