Second instalment of the teen James Bond spoof, starring Frankie Muniz (of 'Malcolm in the Middle' fame) as fifteen-year-old CIA operative Cody Banks. A villainous double agent (Keith Allen) has stolen a top secret experimental mind-control device and taken it to England. To get close to him, Cody travels undercover to the UK, posing as a student in an elite private boarding school. In between infiltrating enemy hideouts and spying on his sinister quarry, Cody has to go to class and is even forced to join the school band - despite his total lack of musical talent. He soon discovers that he is working alongside a British secret agent counterpart, Emily (Hannah Spearritt). Can the teenage sleuths track down the bad guy in time to stop the device being used to control the minds of the world's leaders?
