This is a classic tale of love and revenge amongst the rich and the poor. Ajay (Sunny Deol) a dairy farm owner discovers love at first sight; with rich arrogant and haughty Manorama (Karisma Kapoor) the only niece of Raja Brijraj (Suresh Oberoi) and Ranbir (Kiran Kumar). After the initial devil may care attitude Manorama too falls in love with Ajay much against the wishes of her uncles who wants to get her married to Roopesh (Mohnish Behl).
