Italian chef Antonio Carluccio travels through Northern Italy sampling and cooking the region's specialities. Travelling from Liguria to Venice and Verona, he visits locations from his childhood, swapping recipes with whoever he meets. This time around Antonio shows how to make a classic pesto sauce, re-models some traditional dishes, and also creates some tasty treats such as polenta with shrimp.
