Sci-fi creature feature starring Erik Estrada. Veteran DEA agent Carlos Seguin (Estrada) is sent to San Antonio to investigate the deaths of rival members of local drug cartels. The killings themselves are brutal, with many of the bodies turning up completely drained of blood, leaving the authorities no clues as to the perpetrator of the crimes. That is, until they learn that the legend of the Chupacabra may have more truth to it than initially thought...
