Gary Guns (Magic Keith Swanier) is a notorious hustler from the streets of New Orleans who has just been released from prison after serving a ten year sentence. Returning to claim his previous turf as well as his ""kingpin"" status Gary orchestrates a heist planning to rob a crack house and the two dealers who run it. But things go amiss when the mayor's daughter becomes trapped inside the house during the heist and the situation becomes increasingly tense as Gary is forced into a much larger operation than he was prepared for.
