A raucous romp set in the dirty south this urban comedy features appearances by some of the hottest names in contemporary hip hop and even includes a cameo by fighter Roy Jones Jr. BJ (Troy Anders) is trying to organize a summer block party as a memorial to his brother who has passed away. Determined to make this the biggest best event the south has yet seen BJ nonetheless find himself up against numerous obstacles not the least of which is a crooked cop out to derail the event
