Looking forward to an easy payday, Milo is soon reminded that nothing has ever been straightforward when it comes to him and Nicole. As she promptly disappears on the trail of a hot murder cover-up story, a game of one-upmanship ensues between the two exes as they resort to every trick in the book to outsmart each other. In 'Love Happens' (2009) widower Burke Ryan (Aaron Eckhart) becomes renowned as a self-help author for his book about coping with the death of his wife. When he arrives in Seattle to teach a seminar based on the book, he meets and becomes attracted to one of the seminar's attendees, Eloise Chandler (Aniston), a florist who has become disillusioned by the quest for romance and has sworn off men in order to focus on her business. As the two become increasingly drawn to one another, it becomes evident that they must both learn to let go of the past if they are to move forward and give their newfound love a chance. 'The Break Up' (2006) follows the battle between Brooke (Aniston) and Gary (Vince Vaughn) as they try to resolve the future of their shared apartment after a break up. As each of them takes advice from their friends, they decide to start using a series of mind games and strategies to try and force the other to move out, but before long they discover that they might just be fighting to keep their relationship alive.
