The complete series of the 1980s British comedy starring Nigel Davenport and Sheila White. Widower Jack Hoxton (Davenport) is the owner of a riverside boatyard which he runs along with his sons Les (John Price) and Billy (David Janson). The domestic order is upset spectacularly when Jack decides to remarry and his bride, former chorus girl Dixie (White), moves in with the all-male family. With Dixie closer in age to Billy and Les than to Jack and the boys unused to a woman's touch, it looks set to be a trying time for all concerned. Series 1 episodes are: 'It's Magic', 'The Main Event', 'Combat Fatigue', 'Code of the Hoxtons', 'A Woman's Place' and 'One Big Happy Family'.
