Throughout history a group of children with white hair known as the children of Befort appear to find the same young girl. In 2012 Thoma a 10 year old apprentice lives with his parents on the island of Papin whilst training to become the guardian of the island. It's by chance that Thoma meets Helga an eleven year old orphan imprisoned and mistreated in an orphanage. Helping her to escape Thoma will quickly realize that his newfound friend is inexplicably linked to the children of Befort the strange Fantastic Children
