In this season, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick)'s relationship is put to the test by Chuck's Uncle Jack (Desmond Harrington), Jenny (Taylor Momsen)'s closeness to Nate (Chace Crawford) causes problems, Dan (Pen Badgley) realises his true feelings for Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) and Serena (Blake Lively) searches for her biological father.
