Powerful drama based on the unpublished memoir of actress Arielle Holmes about her life as a heroin addict living on the streets of New York. Homeless girl Harley (Holmes) is asked by fellow addict Ilya (Caleb Landry Jones) to prove her love for him by slitting her wrists. While under the influence of heroin, she agrees and is taken to hospital. The film follows Harley on her release from hospital and highlights the struggles she faces with her addiction, homelessness and fixing her fractured relationships.
