Three centuries into the future, the Earth has become practically uninhabitable and those who remain live underground to avoid the sub-arctic temperatures. In order to overcome the total lack of manpower, scientists develop humanoid constructs with extreme strength and resistance to the harsh environment of the surface. But when a rogue humanoid named ASH-393 (Branden Coles) escapes from captivity and stages a rebellion against his former masters, Arizona Federation leader General Trajan (Brad Potts) tasks an elite squad of soldiers with finding ASH-393 and quashing the rebellion before it can destroy what remains of humanity.
