Kaiji Ito (Tatsuya Fujiwara - Death Note/Battle Royale) moves to Japan after graduating from high school. Unable to find a job and frustrated with society at large Kaiji spends his days gambling vandalising cars and drinking booze. Toya Sato directs this film adaptation of the manga series by Nobuyuki Fukumoto. Kaiji Ito (Tatsuya Fujiwara) is a down-and-out loser whose addictive gambling lands him with a huge debt that he has little hope of ever repaying.
