When colossal earthquakes erupt along the San Andreas Fault, Los Angeles hovers on the brink of destruction. As a mass evacuation of the city is ordered, a few survivors find themselves left behind, roaming the streets with a group of dangerous convicts who escaped from prison during the tremors. Amidst the chaos, Calvin Hopkins is stranded in the disaster zone searching for his girlfriend Ashley (Gina Holden, Fantastic Four, Saw 3D: The Final Chapter) and fearing for her life. Low-budget disaster feature. L.A. faces an impending apocalypse after a series of huge eathquakes erupt along the San Andreas Fault line, caused by the Earth's overheating core. As the city is evacuated, Calvin Hopkins (David Cade) searches for his missing fiancée, Ashley (Gina Holden), amongst the city's survivors and newly escaped prisoners. When the dangerous criminals take survivors, including Ashley, hostage, the US airforce, led by Lieutenant Grisham (Christopher Judge) is called in to rescue as many people as they can before the city crumbles.
