Low-budget sci-fi action feature. L.A. seismologist Professor Molly Dunn (Jhey Castles) devises a system that she believes is capable of predicting earthquakes. When she discovers a series of catastrophic earthquakes are about to decimate California nobody believes her system can work. But when the first one strikes Malibu and an evacuation order is issued on Los Angeles, Molly races to get her family to safety before the entire city is destroyed.
