Mark Atkins directs this action thriller in which a group of strangers are abducted and awaken to find themselves stranded on a desert island. At the centre of the sinister plot is the enigmatic Mao (Daryl Hannah), who has orchestrated the disappearances to harvest organs. Billie (Natalie Burn), one of the abductees searching for her sister who she suspects was also taken by Mao, throws a spanner in the works by evading the huntsmen and uniting the survivors with a plan to escape from the island.
