Dale Hawkins (Charlie Sheen) is a member of the SEALs - the US Navy equivalent of the SAS. His team are ordered to rescue civilian hostages stuck in the Middle East. They succeed but discover huge amounts of stolen hand-launched missiles in the process and have to go into Syria to destroy the weapons. Also starring Michael Biehn and Joanne Whalley-Kilmer.
