1970s music film featuring glam rock acts Mud, The Glitter Band and The Rubettes. When pop music is banned, a man (Peter Denyer) and his driver (Freddie Jones) take an old ice cream van and travel around Britain in search of bands to play at a concert. They find the three groups in different locations and enlist their talents for the show.
