Laurent Tirard co-writes and directs this French family comedy based on the 1950s comics by René Goscinny. After travelling to the seaside with his parents and grandmother for the summer holidays, Nicolas (Mathéo Boisselier) quickly makes friends and begins to settle into his new surroundings. Things change with the arrival of family friend Isabelle (Erja Malatier) however, whose constant presence convinces Nicolas that their parents have set up a plan for them to get married in the future. Deciding to try and solve the problem himself, Nicolas recruits his new companions to help him come up with a number of ingenious schemes to try and make Isabelle's parents leave the resort and take her home. The cast also includes Valérie Lemercier, Kad Merad and Francois-Xavier Demaison.
