Elderly puppet maker Inigo Pipkin (George Woodbridge) lovingly crafts a group of animal puppets including Hartley Hare and George the tortoise (voice of Nigel Plaskitt) as well as Topov, Pig and Octavia (voice of Heather Tobias). The puppets become good friends and are always ready to help those in need.
