Santa Who? DVD

| DVD

Leslie Nielsen tones down the bumbling for Santa Who? but wearing a belly like a bowl full of jelly does little to diminish his trademark dimwittedness, which is what gets the bells ringing on this St. Nick flick. Peter Albright, self-involved TV reporter, can't believe his luck when Santa, presumably the for-hire variety, sails into his windshield and gets amnesia--what a story! When his search for Santa's family stops short at the North Pole, his humbug infestation subsides, setting him free to make merry. Predictability aside, Santa Who? drags a sleigh-full of better... than average shenanigans into living rooms, making this a winter-evening warmer for the whole family. --Tammy La Gorce, Amazon.com [show more]

News reporter Peter Allbright (Steven Eckholdt) gets the surprise of his life when he discovers Santa Claus (Leslie Nielsen) lying in front of his car. It seems that Santa has fallen out of his sleigh and is suffering from an amnesia so complete that he's forgotten all about his traditional Christmas tasks. Peter reports the story, and his girlfriend Claire (Robyn Lively) tries to get the old man to work as the grotto Santa at her department store, but the only one who really suspects that he might be the real Santa is Claire's young son Zack (Max Morrow). Will Zack be able to jog the old man's memory in time for the big night or will this be the first year that Santa literally forgets all about delivering the presents?

Busy Santa Claus (Leslie Nielsen) falls out of his sleigh and can't remember who he is or where he came from Young Zack (Max Morrow) learns the truth and has to persuade the jolly old guy to go back to work or risk ruining Christmas
