Dumbbell comedy featuring appearances by stand-up comedienne Joan Rivers as herself. A four-member Federal team is experiencing all kinds of difficulties as they try to capture bribe makers on film. Everyone involved seems to have their own agenda and private scam on, and the team has no idea where to point the cameras. However, they do eventually manage to incriminate two legislators, a mayor and a Congress-woman.
