Comedy western starring Woody Harrelson and Kiefer Sutherland. Pepper (Harrelson) and Sonny (Sutherland) are two New Mexico rodeo stars who who are concerned about the disappearance of their Cuban friend Nacho and his daughter Theresa, who went missing on a recent visit to New York. Heading off to the city, the two cowboys pit their down-home skills against the Big Apple, as they uncover a dangerous world where illegal immigrants are forced to work in black market sweatshops.
