In 1920s Tibet, the monks of the Lost City invite fighters from around the world to compete in the Ghang-gheng for a golden statue of a dragon. New York thief Chris Dubois (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is determined to get his hands on the statue, and teams up with disreputable pirate Lord Edgar Dobbs (Roger 'eyebrows' Moore) to obtain it.
