Sci-fi anime feature based on the novel by Project Itoh and Tô Enjo. Set in 19th-century London, new technology has allowed human corpses to be reanimated and used as labourers for Europe's industrial advancement. After being caught illegally reanimating a corpse himself, medical student John H. Watson (voice of Yoshimasa Hosoya) is recruited by the British government to find the lost research notes of scientific pioneer Victor Frankenstein to learn how to recover a soul.
