A Turkish poppy field is torched - and a U.S. drug trafficker known as ""Mommy"" is feeling pretty burned. She phones the local cops in her pocket and orders a retaliatory strike on an inner-city anti-drug headquarters. Cleopatra Jones is a six foot tall Amazonian-esque woman with a great line in high-kicking and gun-toting, not to mention her top 1970s fashion gear. She is enlisted by the US Government to combat the international drugs trade, in particular her arch enemy Mommy, who eventually draws Cleopatra into a far more personal revenge scenario.
