Danny Meehan (Vinnie Jones) is a disgraced English football captain who, following some trouble with the law, gets landed with three years in Longmarsh prison. After winning the trust of his fellow inmates, the soccer star begins coaching their football team ready for a big match against the guards. However, as the kick-off approaches, the prison Governer (David Hemmings) orders Danny to throw the game - either that or find himself charged with the murder of fellow inmate Doc.
