Davina's Power of 3 workout is fantastic, I am not a big fan of exercise but I actually enjoy doing this workout 2-3 times a week! The exercises are easy to follow and the instruction is great. It looks like they all had a great time making the dvd. Davina is inspiring in all she has achieved.

Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day. My Power of 3 workout suits all ages and levels of fitness and shows both the simple and advanced version of each routine. It lasts an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, you can always just do one section if that's all you've got time for. Plus I selected my favourite music tracks to work out to. So enjoy it - working out can be more fun than you think!
